Saverhood owns and operates the saverhood.com website and provides special discounts and offers to its users from third party businesses and merchants located in or otherwise doing business in the user’s neighborhood and surrounding region or other areas specified by Saverhood.

Special Note Regarding Forum Participation and Submission of Videos and Photographs: At your own discretion, if you participate in any of our forums or post a video to our saverhood.com website, you may to choose to disclose additional facts about yourself such as your occupation, level of education and particular interests (such as restaurant preferences). Your use of forums on the saverhood.com website as well as your posting a video or photograph on the saverhood.com website (or posting of any content on the saverhood.com website) is subject to the Terms of Use. We may also receive either non-personally identifiable or public information from third parties in connection with market and demographic studies that we use to supplement personally identifiable information provided directly by you.
Saverhood collects Non-Personally Identifiable Information through the following means:
- Information collected by or held in "cookies.” Cookies are small files applied to your Internet browser to track movements within websites. Saverhood.com may link cookie information to your personally identifiable information regarding what products or services you have purchased on the saverhood.com website as well as pages you have viewed. This information may be used to deliver content that is specifically directed towards your interests and to also monitor your use of the saverhood.com website. 2. Saverhood’s Use of Your Information
Saverhood uses your information to create your account, fulfill your purchases (if purchases are available on the Site), respond to specific requests, permit you to enter sweepstakes and contests, post reviews, upload videos or photographs, allow you to apply for a job with Saverhood or enter into a Saverhood Merchant Agreement, send you purchase confirmation and other account-related information including, if you elect to use this service, send you e-mail reminders in connection with DealMinderSM. In addition, if you choose to receive communications from us about Saverhood’s services and news, the personally identifiable information you provide will allow Saverhood to send you messages related to new services, features, special offers, contests, updates and other offerings available from Saverhood. Saverhood may send you messages by e-mail or text messages through your cellular phone with offers from businesses and merchants in your neighborhood or region or otherwise with offers from businesses and merchants with offers that Saverhood determines may be of interest to you. You acknowledge and agree that you may be charged a fee by your cellular phone carrier or provider for the receipt of a text message and that Saverhood is not responsible for the payment of such charges. You may also later opt out of receiving any updates or communications from Saverhood as further set forth in Section 4, below.
Saverhood also uses personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information to better understand the needs of our customers and improve our content, to analyze and fix technical problems, to enforce our Terms of Use and to ensure proper functioning of our products and services and to help improve them. We believe these uses allow us to improve our site and better tailor your online experience to meet your needs.
If we are operating our referral service where you are able to notify a friend about a Saverhood product or service, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will send your friend an email on your behalf inviting him or her to visit the site or check out our service. We may store your friend's name and email for a short period for the sole purpose of sending this email. We do not keep or use this information for any other purpose.
3. Saverhood’s Sharing of Information
Saverhood will not share or disclose your personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent except as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Saverhood may, however, disclose aggregated non-personally identifiable information (collected as described in Section 2, above) with third parties for marketing and promotional purposes without your consent.
Saverhood may share your personally identifiable information with third parties in the following circumstances:
- If Saverhood is using a third party to fulfill all or part of an order for a product or service you purchased through the saverhood.com website, or to assist in administering a contest or sweepstakes, then Saverhood may share your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and, if applicable, credit card information with that third party for the purpose of fulfilling your order or your participation in a contest or sweepstakes.

These third parties are contractually prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any purpose except as set forth herein without your specific consent.
Once you have agreed that Saverhood may share your personally identifiable information with a third party, if you thereafter desire to opt out of further communications from that third party then please contact that third party directly regarding how you may do so.
4. Updating and Deleting Your Information and Opt-Out.
Registered users of saverhood.com have the following choices to modify or delete their information from our database:

6. Protecting Children’s' Privacy
Saverhood.com is not intended for use by children under the age of 18; however, to the extent that Saverhood ever sells products or services directed towards children, then only a parent or guardian of a child may purchase such products or services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
